You control how you want to use them — redeem, donate, or save them for future benefits.
Freelancers & Consultants Earn points while scanning receipts, organizing expenses, and exporting reports for clients.
Small Businesses – Let your finance or admin team earn rewards while managing company receipts and reports.
Corporate Employees – Earn MR Bucks every time you upload receipts for reimbursements or submit expense reports.
Travelers – Scan fuel, hotel, and meal receipts during trips and earn rewards as you stay organized.
Online Shoppers – Forward email receipts and automatically collect points for every imported purchase.
Managing your points inside Manage Receipt is simple, transparent, and fully automated. Here’s how it works:
Accept the Terms & Conditions – The first time you open the MR Bucks tab, you’ll be asked to accept the loyalty program terms.
Once accepted, your account starts earning immediately.
Earn Points for Daily App Activities– Every meaningful action in the app earns you MR Bucks.
Here’s the exact earning structure:
Points Break Down-
Scan, Manual Entry, or Upload Receipt: +20 points
Forward Email Receipt: +30 points
Preferred Vendor Receipt: +50 points
Add Document to Doc Wallet: +5 points
Use Expense Report (submit to manager): +10 points
Export Tax Report: +10 points
Export Custom Report: +10 points
Referral Program — Give 100, Get 100: +100 points for both users

Track Your Points Balance Inside MR Bucks –
On the MR Bucks screen, you’ll see:
✔ Total points
✔ Earnings history
✔ Redemption eligibility
✔ Gift card vs. donate options
This makes it easy to track your progress and plan redemptions.
Redeem for Gift Cards or Donate to NGOs –
Once you hit the minimum points required, you can send a redeem request, which we manually review.
Redemption Rules-
$1 = 1000 points
Eligible redemption amounts:
5000 points
10000 points
25000 points
50000 points
Maximum issuance:
Up to $50 gift card per redemption cycle.
Tap Gift Cards → Choose Vendor → Redeem.
Fill in a simple form:
Full Name
Email (OTP verification included)
Phone
Address
After submitting, you’ll get a confirmation popup:
“Redemption successful — we will review your request and send your gift card within 2 business days.”
Refer Friends & Earn More –
The Refer & Earn screen shows everything you need:
✔ Explanation of the referral program
✔ “Have a referral code?” input field
✔ Your personal referral code
✔ Invite via WhatsApp, Messages, etc.
✔ Friends referred counter
