By accessing or using the Manage Receipt application in India, the United States, or Serbia, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all applicable local laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.
Permission is granted to temporarily download and use the Manage Receipt application for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This is a license grant, not a transfer of title. You may not:
Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any software in the app
Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.
To use certain features of the application, users in India, the USA, and Serbia must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Manage Receipt is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this responsibility.
Your use of the Manage Receipt application is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use personal data, including region-specific compliance (e.g., GDPR for Serbia and applicable data protection laws in India and the U.S.). The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
We store receipt data securely on servers located in compliance with the respective data storage laws of India, the United States, and Serbia. Although we implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot assure absolute security of your information.
The Manage Receipt application and its services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Manage Receipt or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
The use or inability to use the app
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
Any third-party content, links, or services associated with the app
Some jurisdictions, such as certain U.S. states or regions within Serbia or India, may not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.
Users accessing the application from India, the United States, or Serbia are responsible for compliance with local laws. You agree that you will not use the application in any country or in any manner prohibited by applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.
