What is receipt management software?

Receipt management software captures your receipts, reads the details and stores them as searchable expense records. Manage Receipt adds expense tracking, bill reminders, receipt splitting and tax reports on top, so a small business can run receipts, bills and reports from one tool.

How does the AI receipt scanner work?

Take a photo of a receipt or upload an image or PDF. The AI reads the vendor, date, amount and tax, then assigns a category. Check the fields and edit anything before saving.

Does Manage Receipt work on web, iPhone and Android?

Yes. Use the receipt management app on iPhone and Android, and sign in to the web app from your computer. Your receipts stay under one account.

How much does Manage Receipt cost?

Basic is $0 and includes up to 100 receipts, 20 Doc Wallet documents, bill reminders and receipt splitting. Pro is $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year and adds unlimited receipts and report exports. Enterprise pricing is custom.

Can I use it for business and personal expenses?

Yes. Categories keep business and personal spending apart, so each one shows up cleanly in your reports.

Can I share reports with my accountant?

Yes. Export expense and tax reports as PDF or Excel and send them to your accountant, employer or client.

Can it import receipts from my email?

Yes. Email Receipts brings online receipts from your inbox into the app, so orders, rides and subscriptions sit next to your paper receipts.

Can I scan receipts in other currencies?

Yes. The app detects the currency on the receipt and converts it to your home currency while keeping the original amount.

Can I split a receipt with other people?

Yes. Scan the receipt, choose who shares it and the app works out each person's share. You can track who has paid.

Does Manage Receipt help with taxes?

It keeps receipts categorized all year and creates tax-ready reports you can export for your tax professional. It does not give tax advice.

What is MR Bucks?

MR Bucks is the Manage Receipt rewards program. You earn points for scanning receipts and using the app, then redeem them for gift cards, starting at 5,000 points for $5, or donate them.

Is my data secure?

Your information is never sold, shared or used for advertising. Data is encrypted in transit, Doc Wallet documents sit behind a personal PIN or OTP, and you can ask for your data to be deleted. Read more on the Security and Trust page.
