Photograph a supplier receipt at the counter, upload a PDF invoice, or forward one from your inbox. Manage Receipt reads the vendor, date, total, and tax, suggests a category and keeps the receipt image with the expense, so your records are ready when the books are due.

Before and after
Thermal receipts fade, supplier invoices get buried in email, and the one your accountant asks for is never where you left it.
How it works
The receipt scanning app takes three steps to turn a paper or digital receipt into a saved, searchable business expense.
Point your phone camera at a paper receipt, or upload a JPG, PNG or PDF. Receipts that arrive by email can be forwarded in instead.
The scanner fills in the vendor, date, total, tax and line items and suggests a category. Review the details before saving and correct any field that needs it.
Each receipt is saved with its image. Find it later by merchant, category, tag, date or amount, then export expense and tax reports in PDF or Excel.
Receipt details
The receipt scanner reads the vendor, date, total, tax, payment method and individual line items from each receipt, then suggests an expense category, so it shows up in your expense tracker by category and month. The original image stays attached, so every expense has proof behind it without anything being typed in by hand.
No scanner is right every time. A crumpled receipt photographed in poor light can produce a wrong amount or date, so the details are shown before saving and any field can be corrected.

Every format
Fuel, hardware and restaurant receipts are printed on thermal paper that fades with heat and light. Scan them when you get them and the record stays readable after the paper doesn't.

Organize
A folder full of receipt photos is still hard to search. Manage Receipt organizes each receipt after the scan, so a month of spending is easy to find, group and hand over.
Find a receipt by merchant, category, tag, date or amount, instead of digging through paper or your camera roll.
Add your own tags, up to five per receipt. Tag by job, client, project or property and filter by that tag later.
Receipts are backed up to your account, so your records survive a lost or replaced phone.
Sign in from your browser to upload receipts by drag and drop, one at a time or up to 15 in a batch, then filter them and export reports on a full screen.
For small business
Most small business receipts are lost in the gap between the purchase and the bookkeeping. Scanning closes it.
Materials, fuel and supplies are bought on the move. Scan each receipt at the counter and it's categorized before you're back in the van.
When more than one person spends for the business, the receipts arrive in pieces. Everything scanned lands in one searchable list instead of three phones.
Receipts stay grouped by category all year, so a tax report is a filter and an export rather than a weekend of sorting.

Accuracy depends on the receipt and the photo. Clear, flat receipts in good light scan best, while creases, glare, faded ink and poor light make errors more likely. Every field is shown before saving so anything read wrong can be fixed.
