By accessing or using the Manage Receipt application in India, or the United States, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all applicable local laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.
Permission is granted to temporarily download and use the Manage Receipt application for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This is a license grant, not a transfer of title. You may not:
Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any software in the app
Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.
To use certain features of the application, users in India, and the USA must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Manage Receipt is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this responsibility.
Your use of the Manage Receipt application is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use personal data, including region-specific compliance (e.g., applicable data protection laws in India and the U.S.). The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
We store receipt data securely on servers located in compliance with the respective data storage laws of India, and the United States. Although we implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot assure absolute security of your information.
The Manage Receipt application and its services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Manage Receipt or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
The use or inability to use the app
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
Any third-party content, links, or services associated with the app
Some jurisdictions, such as certain U.S. states or regions within India, may not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.
Manage Receipt provides financial tools including, but not limited to:
• Estimated Tax Calculator
• Budget Calculator
• Estimated Tax Deductions Calculator
• Receipt Generator and related financial tools
These tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
All calculations, estimates, and results generated by these tools are approximate and should not be considered financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Manage Receipt does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any results produced by these tools.
Users are solely responsible for verifying any information before making financial decisions or filing taxes.
Manage Receipt shall not be held liable for:
• Errors or omissions in calculations
• Financial losses based on tool results
• Tax penalties or compliance issues
• Decisions made using estimated data
We strongly recommend consulting a qualified tax professional, accountant, or financial advisor for personalized guidance.
By using these financial tools, you acknowledge and agree that all results are estimates and that Manage Receipt assumes no responsibility for outcomes based on their use.
Users accessing the application from India, or the United States are responsible for compliance with local laws. You agree that you will not use the application in any country or in any manner prohibited by applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.

The MR Bucks Rewards Program allows you to earn loyalty points (“MR Bucks”) through various in-app activities, including scanning and uploading receipts, referring others, sharing tax and expense reports, uploading documents in the Doc Wallet, and other eligible actions performed within the Manage Receipt application. These points can be redeemed for gift cards or charitable donations with our partner organizations.
Data Collection: We collect receipt data including merchant information, purchase dates, amounts, and items. We also collect personal information provided during redemption.
Data Usage: Your data is used to:
Data Sharing: We do not share your personal information with any third party unnecessarily. We only share limited information with redemption partners (gift card merchants or charitable organizations) when required to fulfill your redemption request.
Eligibility: One account per person.
Loyalty Points Earning:
100 loyalty points on first-time login
1000 loyalty points for both users when a referral is successfully completed
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:
Fraud Detection: We use advanced AI systems to detect duplicate receipts, altered images, and suspicious patterns. Accounts engaging in prohibited activities will be permanently banned and all points forfeited.
